PAYMENT TERMS​​​

• To secure your booking and ensure Kara Zmatiq is ready to SLAY your event, a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required—because fabulousness doesn’t come without commitment, honey!

• 💎 The Balance? Due no less than 21 days before the big event. If you’re a last-minute diva, the full payment must be made at least 48 hours before the performance—no exceptions, darling!

• 🚨 Now, Listen Closely! 🚨That deposit? Non-refundable. Non-transferable. Full stop. No ifs, buts, or glitter-covered maybes. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason (even if Mercury is in retrograde or your pet chihuahua eats your calendar), your deposit will be forfeited and kept as part payment for the Cancellation Fees.

PAYMENT METHODS​​​

• You will be sent an invoice containing the payment details for a 'Direct Deposit'. We do not accept credit card payments and we do not accept cash payments.

PERFORMER MODEL RELEASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS​​​

• Should you wish to video-graph Kara Zmatiq, a request must be made to do so, along with the initial enquiry for quoting purposes. Should you agree to proceed with the quote, you are required to issue a Model Release Form for signing by Kara Zmatiq prior to the booking date.

• Should the request to video-graph Kara Zmatiq at a later stage, after the initial enquiry & quote, the booking will need to be re-quoted.

• Photography of Kara Zmatiq does not require a Model Release Form unless the photography will be used for commercial purposes, specifically; advertising, promotion, marketing & packaging for any product or service; as well as being combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; & being cropped, altered or modified.

NOT INCLUDED​​​

• Kara Zmatiq appearance fees and general base fees do not include airfares, accommodation, meals, transfers, parking or other sundry expenses not expressly included in the quote.

CANCELLATION POLICY​​​

• All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Additionally, any monies paid in the lead-up to the event are also non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• If a client cancels less than 21 days before their event and has not yet paid the full balance, they will forfeit any payments already made and will be invoiced for the remaining balance as follows:
  - 3 weeks before the event: 40% of the outstanding balance is due.
  - 2 weeks before the event: 50% of the outstanding balance is due.
  - 1 week before the event: 100% of the outstanding balance is due.

• By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms. No exceptions, no refunds, no reschedules—just commitment to fabulousness!

FAILURE TO PAY MONIES OWING​​​

• If the full balance isn’t received on time and in full (because Kara Zmatiq doesn’t do “IOUs,” honey!), then guess what? No payment = No performance! 💅 Any monies already paid will be kept as part-payment for the cancellation, and the remaining balance will still be 100% due as per our fabulous cancellation policy.

• Now, if we have to chase you down like a diva hunting for the last pair of Louboutins on sale, we won’t hesitate to send your account to a collection agency and credit reporting bureau—and trust us, that’s not a good look! If it goes further, legal action WILL be taken to recover every glittering cent, and guess what? You’ll also be footing the bill for all legal and debt recovery expenses.

• So let’s keep it cute—pay up, show up, and let’s SLAY together! 💋✨

ADDITIONAL STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS​​​

• Darlings, let’s keep it crystal clear—our standard terms & conditions state that deposits are strictly non-refundable & non-transferable. However, if the Government decides to rain on our parade with a Stay at Home Order that directly affects your event date, we’ll happily transfer your deposit to a new date (because even divas have to play by the rules).

• 🚨 BUT WAIT! 🚨 We can’t guarantee Kara Zmatiq’s availability for a reschedule—after all, their calendar is hotter than a drag queen in a full corset during summer! So if they’re booked solid, well… you might just have to wait your turn, darling.

• We’re also not responsible if you need to reduce guest numbers or change the venue to comply with Government restrictions—so choose wisely! Any venue or location changes will require a fresh quote because, honey, a rooftop soirée in Sydney is not the same as a backyard bash in Wagga Wagga!

• 🔥 Pro Tip: If the current capped capacity isn’t your vibe and you’re thinking of rescheduling, maybe hold off on paying that deposit—because once it’s down, it’s locked, loaded, and non-refundable.
